Living a Life of fast food and generous portions of foods at meal time led me to having a wakeup call in 2017. I was warned of being prediabetic and was overweight by 70lbs according to the US Navy’s Standards. The Search Began for Health from Facebook to YouTube, even Gym memberships and worldly advice from friends and family. It was only after a committed diet I received the gratification I was searching for. So now the race was off until I entrusted breathing as a meditation tool (Qigong) in conjunction with Singing bowls tuned to frequencies that represent the 7Major Chakras aligning the Spirit and Soul. After losing over 65lbs I had found something that was proven, safe, and gave benefits beyond my expectations.
